I have been driving the technical capabilities and innovations of the business since 2012 in various roles, specifically as the Technical Director as of 2017. I have always been driven to create bespoke web solutions that meet the diverse needs and expectations of our partners, ranging from high street retailers, online retailers, independents, charities, education sectors, and social enterprises.As Co-Founder and Technical Director of Envisionsoft Ltd, I have played a key role in working with our warehousing partners to vastly improve their training, learning and development programs by digitizing their entire process and providing effective and timesaving methods to maintain their compliance requirements for their regulatory bodies and safety bodies. Our product is now in use at over 40 installations across the UK across a huge number of well-known brands and is also now live in Europe with a US launch imminent.My background comes from being a self-taught web development expert with over 15 years of experience in the field and a drive to build a business along side people with an aligned vision from other specialities. I guide our development teams across all the businesses within Reach Technology Group to achieve the maximum possible and the best for our partners.I have also co-founded and host a successful Formula 1 podcast, Back of the Grid, where I share my enthusiasm and insights on motorsport.I am always eager to learn more about technology and the web development industry, and to apply that learning to deliver high-quality, innovative, and user-friendly products and services.
