I am a senior corporate executive with over 25 years of experience on a multi-national scale leading organizations in the areas of Strategic Planning, General Management, Business and Product Development and Manufacturing Operations Management.Leadership of manufacturing organizations is my passion. I especially enjoy growing an organization – either by turn-around or from start-up. Leading diverse groups, be it culturally and or functional area wise, to embrace a common vision and to successfully execute a plan of implementation is tremendously rewarding. Reviewed Eaton’s legal obligations and factored those into negotiations and communications between customers, the 3 plants, and sales.• Achieved zero customer interruptions during the closing and production transfer between the 3 facilities. Designated the plants to produce finished goods to support South Africa as a contingency.• Drove an initiative to ensure that 6 sister plants accepted $800K in South Africa’s machine assets, otherwise a writeoff. Utilized in-depth knowledge of each plant to decide which machinery should be moved to which facility. -
