About Tom Knipper

I've been fortunate to learn from great minds while serving in a variety of roles. As a Sales Executive I've managed territories as both an individual contributor and/or leader. As a Cofounder and CEO, I've started a company and led it through a B round of funding and on to profitability before finalizing an acquisition. And as CIO I've managed technical teams across multiple geographies. In these roles I've been part of more than 25 mergers and acquisitions which have placed me in a working laboratory to study corporate culture. No matter the role or company, I've led or been part of teams that attacked new markets, defined and executed market development strategies, and positioned the firm as a clear market leader.I've also been fortunate to learn from a variety of cultures. having lived in both North America and Europe while working in 21 other countries on a variety of engagements. Today, my wife Lorrie and I live with our three children in Southlake, Texas; which is Dallas suburb.
