I made a career switch in 2015 after reading Reinventing Organizations. I made a deep dive into my own teal embodiment - I became an Integral Coach: Integral Coaching® is a coaching methodology developed by Integral Coaching Canada and based on the contemporary philosopher Ken Wilber’s, Integral Theory. (www.integralcoachingcanada.com) - I started to work with collective intelligence processes (www.artofhosting.org) and community building processes (www.communitylifecompetence.org) - I started to work around gender patterns, supporting men in leading lives of integrity, authenticity, and service (www.mankindproject.org ) - I work around cultural diversity and organize round tables (e.g. Sufi tales) and sangha spaces (e.g. Sequoia Circles, multi-cultural sharing circles) to mine the wisdom of the group and to explore what makes us human. When a client becomes able to take more perspectives, create solutions to complex problems, bring more wisdom and deep care to others and be more effective in their personal life mission, the greater rippling effect this work gets to have within the systems and organizations they thrive within.

This was a life changing journey that brought me to Asia (Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Japan) and America (Mexico, New-York and Colombia). I had the privilege to admire the unrivaled beauty of our precious planet, to explore human kind in all its diversity and to expand/challenge my own awareness through the study and practice of eastern and shaman philosophies. It was a profound exercise in living in the moment and realizing that (inner) beauty exists everywhere. The journey was the real destination.
