Grew revenues to $5.3 Million by opening and growing two (2) Branch Offices (Phoenix and Tucson, AZ.), to profitable, self-sustaining competitors in their respective markets in less than one (1) year’s time.

Responsible for overseeing 9 branches in Texas led by 15 managers with 100 internal employees, 3,000+ external employees, and $54 million in revenues. Guided account managers and their teams in all aspects of sales, leadership, and operations for running a branch office. Promoted 20 mentored healthcare recruiters to account managers at Maxim, 10 of who achieved top company honors including stock options.

Scope of duties centered on growing revenues through homecare and facility medical personnel placement (reimbursement for these services was through private pay, private insurance, trust funds, Worker’s Compensation, Medicaid, and Medicare programs). Accountable for maintaining A/P, A/R and overall efficiencies for individual branch offices, as well as managing branch administration which involved keeping open lines of communication with internal/external customers to ensure world-class service.Secured 70+ accounts in a 6-month time period by soliciting/closing supplemental staffing and home healthcare needs business, as well as hiring/training sales force to develop the top producing branch in the company.
