Manager Interactive Banking Software Support
CurrentResponsible for managing a team of 15+ professional support consultants. Provide technical direction and thought leadership to support consultants to maximise efficiency of organization. Update NCR Senior Leadership Team, Software Support Executives, Development Management, Sales, and external customers on current issues and solutions. Responsible for ensuring successful ongoing recruitment and career development of high calibre software support consultants. Also responsible for management of a Level 1 Operations Desk located in Bosnia. This includes training of the team and development of support process and partnership with the US Interactive Banking Software Support organization.
