Tom Kosnik was an adjunct professor in the Department of Management Science and Engineering, Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP), at Stanford School of Engineering from 1990-2018. Teaching: His courses included Global Entrepreneurial Marketing, Technology Entrepreneurship, and New Venture Creation. He taught Marketing at Harvard Business School from 1985-89, and launched HBS’s Entrepreneurial Marketing course in 1995-97.At Stanford. He was on the Advisory Board of Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students (BASES), and faculty advisor to the BASES Challenge (a new business competition) from 1996-2018. I was one of the National Judging Co-Chairs for Cleantech Open, and also the sidekick to the National Chair for Cleantech Open Academy. Although I do not have the bandwidth to continue in those activities because of the increase in international travel related to my work with the Global Leaders, Entrepreneurs and Altruists Network (GLEAN), I have the deepest respect and admiration for Clean Tech Open, its leadership, and the army of volunteers who make it happen every year!

As a visiting associate professor, I taught First Year Marketing, Business Marketing, and in 1995-1997 launched HBS's first course in Entrepreneurial Marketing, which continues at HBS under other faculty to the present day.
