I am a senior executive and commander of the NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) Force, a multinational organization that provides critical surveillance, command and control, and communication capabilities to NATO and its allies. With 30 years of experience in the US Air Force and NATO, I have led and transformed large-scale operations, modernized and sustained complex systems, and managed strategic resources and planning in challenging and diverse environments.My core competencies include operational excellence, organizational change, technology innovation, stakeholder engagement, and personnel development. I am passionate about leveraging my technical skills and strategic vision to enhance the mission effectiveness and readiness of the AEW&C Force and its partners.
