I was the lead PM for the beta as well as over a dozen subsequent releases and was accountable for the overall performance of the Website Optimizer business. This renewed effort was commenced after the launch of Gmail.I led the product planning and business strategy for the complete redesign of the Hotmail service which provided email services to over 200M consumers in over 30 languages. The redesign started after Gmail launched and included radically expanded storage, more reliable back end architecture, and completely new, more responsive Ajax front end.
