Managed Scheduling activities related to production scheduling/material planning, capacity and demand forecasting/labor planning. Developed EDI supplier release schedules, maintained ERP/MRP system data, managed GM Supply Power/GMCCA & FCA E-Connect web portals. Supervised, controlled, and audited master schedules aligned to plant staffing levels, overtime, critical repairs and PM’s. Created supply plan with production schedule to meet all production/service requirements and manage lead times.
