I have been a soccer coach and educator for over 20 years, working in both the UK and the US. My passion is to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of soccer players and leaders, using my skills and experience in kinesiology and soccer coaching. I hold the USSF C and UEFA B licenses, which are among the highest qualifications in soccer coaching, and I have a BSc (Hons) in Football Coaching, Development and Administration from the University of South Wales.Currently, I am an Adjunct Faculty and Head Soccer Coach at Irvine Valley College, where I combine my expertise in kinesiology and soccer coaching. I have developed and taught courses in kinesiology, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I have served on the hiring committee. As the Head Soccer Coach, I have led the Women's Soccer team to win the OEC League Championship, and I have assisted players to play at the top level in the professional and college game. Previously, I was the Director of Strategic Development and Adult Programming at SoCal Reds SC, where I oversaw the operational policies, objectives, and initiatives of the organization, and developed new business and growth opportunities. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the academic and athletic excellence of Irvine Valley College and the soccer community.
