This role required continually developing and maintaining a product roadmap, taking into consideration business strategy and customer pain points, and working in an agile development environment (both SCRUM and Lean Kanban) with a focus on incremental software development starting with the highest customer value deliverables.Key achievements:• Our team achieved 95% of its KPI stretch targets for growth of monthly active users, new feature implementation and a 50+ NPS score in 2018 and 2019.• Completed a transformation of the CSR Connect new user onboarding process. This removed much of the initial first time user friction.
