Some of the main highlights during my time in Edinburgh include launching the barrel-aged Affinity Cocktail in conjunction with Dr. Bill Lumsden of Glenmorangie, and winning the national Diplomatico Rum competition at the end of 2011. Set against a backdrop of education, learning and numerous distillery trip to sites including Islay, Springbank, Glenfiddich, Balvenie, Glenmorangie, Auchentoshan, DUSA (the home of Pampero and Diplomatico) Tanqueray, Plymouth and Beefeater (amongst others), working at Bramble Bar was one a breakout moment for my career.
