Having been formally made Director of Communications & External Affairs, with the remit of working on the business strategy and planning as well as PR, I've since helped develop our football department, which includes a data-led national scouting network, and our work has saved the careers of several young footballers. We currently represent 20% of all British Asian pros, as well as one of the leading young Black football managers in Hereford manager Josh Gowling, for whom I organised a monthly Guardian column - see link.We also represent the leading British Asian MMA fighter, Faisal Malik, whose ambition is to take UFC to South Asia (see link for a BBC interview I organised), several boxers and boxing coaches including world heavyweight challenger Dillian Whyte's trainer Xavier Miller.
