Tom is a Principal in the Global Employer Services practice at BDO and leads BDO's U.S. Employment Tax practice. He has fifteen years of experience in tax compliance and consulting services. Tom has extensive experience in federal and multi-state employment tax compliance, penalty resolution, and payroll operations. Prior to joining BDO Tom led the Central Region Employment Tax practice at Grant Thornton LLP. Previously, Tom managed the payroll tax group at a Chicago based HR & payroll service provider where he oversaw payroll processing and employment tax compliance for some 200 client businesses, across a number of industries.
