At Gearco, I define and elicit requirements for documenting user stories that are capable of being transformed into marketing initiatives, and develop rich media deliverables used to demonstrate and/or train Gearco PMS system functionality to internal users, external customers, support, and peers. Collaborating with management, sales, and development, I implement strategic plans on identified opportunities while maintaining quality control of marketing and advertising materials, ensuring consistency in branding, formatting, and content. I also lead the creative team and oversee all aspects of photography, videography, graphic design, print layout, audio production, editing, and final delivery of materials.

At the Atlanta Institute of Music and Media, I planned, produced, and/or executed open houses, special events, job fairs, television commercials, radio spots, and industry-related magazine ads to increase exposure and drive sales, and iInspired my creative teams with the latest platform innovations and best-in-class content to develop breakthrough ideas, ensuring our brand stood out among competitors, both regionally and nationallyI routinely worked with multiple departments to implement business strategies, improve website performance, and increase student acquisition and retention. I was also responsible for defining and eliciting requirements for BRD, documenting the school’s goals, objectives, project scopes, assumptions, risks, and constraints (and sometimes FRD—documenting software requirements, functional and technical specs of software, etc), in ways that were understandable, unambiguous, and capable of being implemented and tested.I also executed, tested, and monitored Paid Social Ads (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat) for maximum engagement, CTR, and funneling to desired landing pages—after which I analyzed the results Google Analytics and generated reports to make sound recommendations to guide advertising optimizations.
