Interiors International is one of the major interior fit-out contractors, offering specialist turnkey manufacturing, fit-out and project management services to the hospitality and leisure industry around the world.Main Responsibilities:• Develop the project team for the project with the discussion of the management.• Coordinate and develop the Technical and construction details for all shop drawings along with the CAD department.• Coordinate the work at the project site and monitor the progress of work between subcontractors to ensure execution of all project phases on time. Manage the ongoing needs of the project team. • Attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving project requirements and quality standards.• Assist in preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules. • Liaise with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the shop drawings, project plan, schedules and problems for quick resolution on all issues. • Raise proper technical queries through RFI’s, pertaining to design intent & site works.• Develop and monitor the implementation of quality control programs & required progress reports. • Review subcontractors and suppliers’ invoices and submit to the Chairman for approval.• Monitor and control the Project Budget. • Monitor the Health and Safety regulations & risks on all assigned sites along with the safety officer.• Manage project close out documents.• Coach, mentor, to motivate and supervise the project team members /subcontractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.
