I bring 20 years of experience with both private- and public-sector clients with a wide-variety of recreation-based assets, supporting my current role as Vice President at CHM Government Services (CHMGS).I have extensive experience in performing market and feasibility studies, master planning, appraisals, financial analyses and performance projections, and financial reviews for hospitality properties. I possess additional expertise in supporting clients’ investment decision-making through completing valuations, management company selection, underwriting and due diligence analyses for hotels, resorts, food & beverage, and other leisure-oriented assets. After graduating from college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, I joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served as an Infantry Officer. Upon leaving the Marines, I embarked upon my hospitality career with several prominent consulting firms, international hotel companies, restaurants, and earned a Master of Management in Hospitality at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Additionally, I have collaborated with clients to identify and address critical business issues in order to perform investment analyses and manage projects, which included complex multi-variable financial and statistical analysis, in-depth property operations analysis, benchmarking of key performance indicators, and major capital planning projects for diverse sets of commercial real estate.
