At Halo Support we created an electronic Sign-in System to transform your reception space, speed up staff and visitor registration, improve fire safety and modernise record keeping. The Halo Sign-in System was built entirely in-house so we're not just reselling someone else's product.As a Google Partner and Certified Trainer we also provide Google Workspace training for schools and businesses.

I moved from Goldfinch Technology to AT Technology Solutions so that I could focus purely on providing support and guidance to schools.My role incorporated elements of Account Management, Business Development and Relationship Building. I worked with Senior Leadership Teams to create action plans on improving their use of IT and support them on that journey with the goal of transforming their IT usage to make Teachers lives easier.With the backing of an experienced Technical Team we deployed and maintained mobile technology such as iPads and Chromebooks. I also delivered training to staff on how to get the most from the technology they have and introduced them to new ways of working.

I previously worked as the Education Manager for Wales with Goldfinch Technology. We specialised in providing the best bespoke Apple solutions for schools and colleges.I provided consultancy on projects and training courses on how to best use iPads and Apple equipment in schools. My Experience with Apple products allowed me to help the school choose the best setup for them and help them explore new ideas around how these products can further the learning experience. The training we offered to schools played a huge part in the success of the project. I have delivered training on iPads to hundreds of Teachers from schools all across England and Wales which have received very positive feedback from Teachers and School Management Teams.

I previously worked as the KNOWHOW Expert in Currys Merthyr Tydfil. I managed a team of 4 to deliver the best customer service experience possible for our customers. My job involved making sure all customers got a great experience when they came to the service desk, managing their repairs to make sure they got them back as quickly as possible and ensuring the work of myself and my team was always to the highest standard possible.I also had to ensure the store as a whole and the KNOWHOW team consistently delivered a £note target but ensure this did not detract from the goal of making the customer experience our number 1 priority.

I worked as a computer technician for the Tech Guys in PC World where our main job involved computer setups and repairs. This ranged from setting up new laptops with purchased software to going out to businesses to setup networked solutions including printers, Networking equipment, NAS Drives and multiple workstations.This job involved an equal amount of customer service and repairs so we always had to make sure the customer's needs were met when they had specific requirements for new or existing equipment. We had to make sure we dealt with queries and complaints brilliantly and made sure that every customer left happy.

My role as a Business Advisor in PC World involved me liaising with local businesses, schools and local authorities when they needed new equipment. We would usually meet in-store but it did sometimes require us to go to the businesses to meet with clients.I had to make sure I understood the needs of the businesses exactly before recommending a solution that was right for them. This often involved meetings with the clients followed by creating quotes based on the different options available to them.Due to my technical knowledge I sometimes went out to setup new equipment at the clients location, this involved setting up and configuring workstations and any other equipment that they needed installing.During my time in the Business Centre we won the Chairman's Shield which was a recognition of the best Business Centre in the company at that time.
