I played a key role in the overall direction of these properties in terms of refinancing options and overall direction with certain properties during extremely difficult economic times.A portion of my time was spent constructing and managing a “Key Performance Indicator” report for the Executive management team in order to provide awareness of GGP's performance, both monthly and year-to-date.I worked closely with our Capital Markets team to prepare comprehensive loan packages.
