I currently work for Michelmores providing support to corporate services, in addition to assisting the wider corporate team. I deal with company incorporations, dissolutions, statutory filings and operational documents. I have also worked on both share and asset purchase transactional documents, as well as assisting in the document management process between all parties.I have spent the early of my working life working within the Criminal Justice System as a member of the Probation Service. Previous to this I worked within a national solicitors firm, dealing with personal injury claims. Within these roles I gained much insight into the business practices and the way my role worked in relation to the overall running of the companies, as well as developing job specific and transferable skills such as the use of various computer systems and client interactions. I also proofread legal documents, filed documents in court, worked within client care and ensured I gave much attention and confidentiality to both work and clients.
