As a strategic CFO, my experience spans corporate financial functions, treasury management, human resource, marketing, and sales. My background spans several industries including product development, membership-driven businesses, private equity, and venture capital. I’ve also gained exposure to a multitude of diverse B2B and B2C product-led companies through the NextFab RAPID Hardware accelerator I co-founded in 2016.My unique background of experiences includes implementing process controls and introducing increased automation into accounting and finance functions. I’ve also developed and launched new products ranging from services to online offerings. My experience hands-on with products and process management gives me a unique perspective and skills at crafting KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.Early in my career, I quickly scale the professional ladder landing my first CFO role at a regional Makerspace to focus on growth and new services. I had spent the preceding years in accounting and analyst roles for a real estate private equity fund and a technology venture fund. Notably, the regional Makerspace has grown into multiple locations and grew the product development business unit.Along with my CFO I took over the marketing and sales unit of NextFab to re-craft and implement a whole new strategic plan. Most recently, I've taken a role as a Virtual CFO helping hands on to grow and scale small businesses across the country. My colleagues describe me as motivated, an empathetic leader, creative, and a very quick learner. I consider myself to be a corporate multi-tool who can rise to meet any challenge to move a founders vision forward.
