Fundraising efforts to offer financial assistance to disadvantaged students who have been accepted to institutions of higher education.

Mentor business owners and entrepreneurs who want assistance guiding their company. Advise and engage with hiring the right people, business plans, funding and general business inquiries. SCORE is a community of around 11,000 members.

Recently given a 3 year extension on the board. Working towards bringing all 4,000 Peoria businesses into the Chamber over the next several years. Once completed, this Chamber will be the largest in Arizona.

Oversaw 8 golf courses and 9 recreation centers. Used taxing authority status to improve a 52 year old organization. Projects included a $17M renovation of recreation center with restructured membership model that increased home purchases in the area and led to increased revenue and membership for the rec center. Assisted in consolidating ownership of rec center and visitor’s center under the same organization. Developed marketing plan to engage and interest people around the area to consider Sun City as a long term, desirable place to live.
