About Tom Logue

I run a marketing research firm called Message Factors. I spend my days helping clients answer their questions, which is great because I’m a curious guy: I like figuring out why people do what they do, think what they think, and feel what they feel. On any given day, you might find me conducting exploratory interviews by phone, or moderating a focus group, or mining customer databases to build customer profiles, or running statistical tests on quantitative survey data. I work with companies of all sizes in all industries doing all kinds of studies… not just because I love variety, but because viewing people through different lenses is a better way of understanding what makes them tick.So yeah, I like research. Other things I dig, in no particular order: my kids, sharks, snakes, tornadoes, creative philanthropy (see GiVE365 Memphis), entrepreneurship, barbeque, classic cars, and basketball.
