Developing Contract Procurement processes for NVC and the Member brands UVG & Vetcentric. Handover has been completed.

Vetcentric grew to by 5% of the Australian market and was key in the development of strategic procurement contracts for the industry. We were purchased by National Vet Care (NVC) in September 2019 giving NVC 25% of the ANZ market. As we were NVC largest member based competitor the share price of NVC increased by 12% on the day of the announcement.Vetcentric continues to grow as an Independent Management Group (IMG) whose Members know the importance of belonging to a group with common beliefs, goals and culture. Our national advisory board of veterinarians works with the Vetcentric procurement team to review new products and innovations.We provide the best back-office products to cost effectively run your business with hands-on support from your own Practice Group Manager (PGM), whilst our marketing initiatives help you to drive the growth.

Targeting locals for the specified areas, currently distributed weekly across the BaySide area. My role here is to negotiate for supply contracts, infrastructure, corporate strategy and governance.

In-line with BPA SME Membership business model we have developed over the past 18 months the Optibuilders platform. We have 45+ contracts in place with key suppliers to the building industry and are expanding our Membership base to achieve 200 million in procurement over the next 12 months.

This role in partnership with Ben Slawitschka has allowed INDAAA to offer considerable savings and other benefits to the first 40+ Real-estate agencies that have become members in the past 6 months. Creation and implementation of cloud system's has given the business mobility and speed to market. We will continue to develop each division over the next 12 months providing new modules for the members to enjoy.

The board is made up of ex carsales.com and IT investment consortium's. My role was to review Supply Contracts and to develop corporate strategy. I am a small shareholder. Candlefox has been assisting education providers to increase student enrolments. Having established an industry leading marketplace in Australia, Candlefox expanded into New Zealand in 2017 and the United Kingdom in 2018.Over time, the offering has evolved into far more than student leads. Data is critical to everything we do, from market insights and sentiment indexes to weekly forecasts and competitive analyses. All aimed at maximising student enrolments for our clients.

Working this role from my Perth base I continued to tender and re-engineer the supply of products to the members giving massive benefits their bottom line and ease of ordering and planogram management was best practice for the industry. Some of the milestones were, the development of the Pharmacy Alliance Generic Matrix (PAGM) this for the first time allowed a Pharmacy to have every generic product and the lowest cost in the market from the four leading manufacturers. Re-tendering wholesale supply twice in this period due to Government and wholesale changes to the PBS (PBS Reform). This was benchmarked by the level of growth we achieved going from 100 to over 420 members by 2012 with annual purchasing in excess of 450 million in wholesale pharmaceuticals. In 2012 with an eye to expending into other markets I sold my remaining shares to the pharmacists who continue to manage it today. PA continues today as a strong member based group in retail pharmacy with over 500 stores and 10% of the PBS sales for Australia.

This began as a partnership between myself and Simon Reynolds a second generation Pharmacist. I tendered for the supply of wholesale pharmaceuticals to their five retail pharmacies. I then re-negotiated all supply contracts with Big Pharma coving 85% of product in the retail pharmacies. The result was an increase to GP by about 5%. The next few years were spend developing the business divisions, growing the membership and re-tendering the strategic products for the Pharmacy Alliance group. By 2006 we were over 70 members and had expanded to the east coast of Australia to allow for the continued growth by 2007 we were over 100 members. At this stage I resigned as Managing Director as head office was now in Melbourne and Simon had relocated to manage the business. My role then concentrated on procurement and supporting Simon as the Managing Director.
