Tom has 30+ years of experience spanning a multitude of technologies and skills ranging from telephone technical support, customer service and management through full deployment of multi-million dollar global technology platforms. Beginning his career out of college at AT&T and AT&T Bell Laboratories in the late 80’s, working several major leading-edge telecom projects, he ultimately became an entrepreneur leading a company that partnered with Cisco Systems and other major businesses to develop and deploy global telecommunications platforms. When Cisco exited that business, Cisco contracted him to support several key Cisco customers, including Verizon, IBM, and AT&T. Since then, he has owned/operated or played a key technology role in several other businesses, including telecommunications, store-front retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, support, print-on-demand apparel, fulfillment/shipping, import/export, and more. Additionally, he is active in his local public school district as the sound and lighting engineer for all events in their state-of-the-art theatre. As a small business owner and CTO, Tom has broad knowledge of every aspect of business operations, including accounting, budgeting, HR, logistics, technology, marketing, and more, enabling him to work effectively with every other team member.
