Managed 2 data centers and all technology supporting customers of 2 business units in multiple locations, and application development & support for 1 business unit. Total staff of 125 with 8 direct reports and a budget of $35mm.-Supported service and financial goals by creating a single infrastructure team, supporting applications development and IT Operations for SVS and Comdata business units.-Developed new cost center structure to allow IT costs to be properly allocated across 2 business units.-Improved service levels and eliminated over $1mm in annual expenses by implementing a program to improve and better utilize vendor relationships.-Led effort to implement systems at a third party data center in Shanghai, China, ensuring compliance with new Chinese government regulations for customers with over $5mm in annual revenue.

Directed staff of 90, including 15 offshore, with 6 direct reports and a $17mm budget. Responsible for all infrastructure, compliance, IT security and applications supporting Stored Value Solutions internal and external customers.-Created new teams supporting data center operations and infrastructure, ensuring customer SLA’s were exceeded.-Analyzed IT processes, third party software and vendor relationships, resulting in a 20% reduction of expenses, while improving overall service levels and accelerating the delivery of new products.-Led teams defining and delivering new promotional capabilities, leading to increased revenue of over $2mm.-In support of international growth delivered capability for web and reporting systems to support any language and currency. Resulted in support for customers in over 25 languages across 40+ countries.-Implemented off-shore product support team reducing response time to customer calls and issues by over 50%.

Led initiatives to design and implement disaster recovery capabilities. Also led account management and call center operations of 2 different business units. -Developed active/active processing capabilities with real-time failover to secondary data center, eliminating client impact of processing issues and ensuring system availability of over 99.999%.-Managed integrations of acquired companies, ensuring revenue retention of over $8mm and support for 60+ customers.-Implemented new call center organization by integrating 2 management teams from separate lines of business, leading to cost reduction and service improvement.-Developed processes and systems for supporting franchisee business model, leading to over $10mm annualized revenue in new markets.
