Responsible for technical enablement of our Pre and Post-sales organizations on BMC's Atrium and ITSM solutions. I work with several organizations within BMC, from Product Managers, R&D, Pre-Sales Consultants and Technical Marketing to develop and deliver courses and material to our pre-sales and post-sales consultants.

Worked on various contracts throughout the SE region of the US helping firms determine and mitigate risks related to the pending Y2K issue.

Worked on UNIX/Linux and Windows systems for both internal and external facing functions. This included working with some of the very early Netscape Web Server technologies. Implemented a backup strategy for off-site data storage. Performed desktop and telco support functions. Maintained the first implementation of Sportsline.com's soccer page. Responsible for airing the Ron Barr Sport Byline radio simulcast on our service.

Was one of the first two support techs responsible for answering and assisting customers with various issues. This included everything from helping people with dial up networking settings to issues in processing credit card information online. I do think we were one of the first internet based companies to start processing online transactions.
