When I joined the company, I spearheaded the pre-pandemic Pacific Northwest sales of biologic products such as regenerative tissue technology and medical devices. Marketed innovative MyOwn Skin, laboratory-grown human skin to client portfolio that includes Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeons, wound and burn centers, and MOHS micrographic Surgeons, as well as Podiatrists treating long-term diabetes type 2 wounds. In response to sky-rocketing unmet demand, the company pivoted to manufacture Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for healthcare, government, and businesses nationwide.♦ In this revised role, I secured PPE business from the Idaho Primary Care Association and Los Angeles Unified School District, in addition to the state of Oregon, its counties, and local hospitals; my accounts range from $100K to $1M.♦ We added primary care-directed Chronic Care Management for Medicare patients and complementary Remote Patient Monitoring products to MyOwn Skin offering; I had scheduled presentations to major centers for burn and wound care -- postponed by the pandemic.

In addition to my work with Gentox Medical Services, I head a firm that creates and operates e-Commerce websites for US and international markets. We counsel clients on social media, paid and organic search optimization, and integrated marketing strategies to build traffic and conversions.♦ Waypoint Worldwide utilizes proprietary metric strategies to uncover product trends; we construct marketing and sales funnels and targeted content that generate to high return on ad spend (ROAS).

This is a wonderful volunteer position where we are involved with coordinating humanitarian projects all around the world.Our most recent projects are Iquitos, Peru, where we are assisting and educating local tribes in cultivating organic cacao for harvesting, and in Timor Leste, where we show local residents to construct household water purification devices.

I also oversee an investment and real estate development enterprise.♦ Contracted by Starlight Villages, LLC to develop a $28M, 200-bed Assisted and Independent Living Facility.

As an SAE, I orchestrated the formation of broker-directed Inside and Outside Sales capability of this software-as-a-service (SaaS), chronic metabolic disease management company. Additionally, I supervised a four-person support team and collaborated with our Operations department to provide superior service to the company's 11 largest accounts. To cement these changes, I compiled policies and procedures and ensured operations complied with the company's strict data security, client confidentiality, and privacy guidelines, as well as with regulatory requirements. I also sustained trusted relationships with key clients' business and clinical management.♦ The accounts under my management represented 90% of the company's total revenue.♦ We partnered with Dallas, TX-based ACAP HealthWorks to add six new accounts to Kannact's patient remote automated data reporting, proprietary platform.

In this earlier role, I led design, implementation, and ongoing operations of the company's information privacy and data security infrastructure for internal and external communications. I mapped and secured the company's electronic pathways and authored the Policy and Procedures manual. Assessing physical and digital threats and devised defenses, we deconstructed the product platform and digital footprint; rebuilt from the ground-up to provide a more secure environment. I oversaw five department heads.♦ Formulated meticulously detailed, granular company-wide compliance policy.♦ The restructure resulted in the successful completion of the System and Organization Controls (SOC 2) Type 1 audit, a significant security milestone for the company.

In the senior Marketing role, I oversaw the company's rebranding and formation of a diverse marketing services team that supported the Outside Sales organization focused on commercial business and Inside Sales resources for direct-to-consumer efforts. I helmed a team of six that included graphics and UI/UV designers, and marketing analysts.♦ We grew the participant base by 40%, well above the 19% industry average; our close coordination with Operations increased member retention by 87%.♦ Created fresh omnichannel deliverables for target audiences that included C-Suite level, Human Resources management, Benefit Brokers, and the Medical Community, as well as direct users with chronic conditions.♦ Outside Sales team revamp resulted in seven contracts with self-insured employers.

Here I oversaw physician medication orders, their processing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. I led a team of two professionals who mined and analyzed pharmacy claims data to determine cost-control strategies, identify trends, and mitigate risk. I also regularly cooperated with clients to explore opportunities to reduce health benefit expenditures.♦ I conceived a pharmaceutical cost containment algorithm that helped self-insured companies decrease employee health benefits costs while improving outcomes.

Our group collaborated on the formation and operation of Kannact's chronic care platform. In addition, I originated healthcare coaching strategies in coordination with the CEO, Lead Health Coach, three Physicians, Behavioral Psychologist, and two additional Pharmacists.

At Clackamas, I helmed clinical and business operations for a pharmacy that specialized in long-term care and psychiatric medicine patients. During my time there, I was able to turn-around a financially troubled pharmacy that suffered from eight years of stagnant volume.♦ Once ranked at bottom of 10-pharmacy districted, we moved to the top spot in our second year based on growth and regained profitability; achieved 34% growth in 2014.

At Savon, I guided a community-oriented pharmacy practice while assisting secondary locations.
