I am currently working as a Business Analyst in Deloitte’s Cloud and Engineering department

With a large variance of roles and responsibilities, it mainly consisted of representing major Irish and other global companies such as Guinness, KBC and CocaCola.Duties included increasing brand awareness, event management assistance and sample distribution. This involves engaging with customers to educate them on new products and existing brands, while receiving relevant customer feedback.

Managed the reception of the clinic, dealt with upcoming appointments, responded to customer queries and complaints through emails and phone calls and took card and cash payments at the front desk.Facilitated and communicated with the doctors and receptionists in the clinic. This broadened my communication skills and I learned the importance of prioritization and task management. I was trained on to the medical health computer system so that I could organise and transfer confidential and sensitive information.
