NDRI is a world leader in the procurement, preservation and distribution of human tissue, cells and organs. NDRI provides bio specimens from a diverse pool of normal and diseased tissues to support the advancement of biomedical researchOwn all Finance and Administration management including IT, and HR. Implemented account automation, leading to a shortened closing timeline. Transform data and analytics reporting at NDRI from Excel to Power BI, while shortening the reporting cycle. Oversaw the implementation of Generative AI, leading to improved daily processes and operations. Manage all financial, legal and real estate relationships. Manage contractual and financial relationships with pharma leaders and hospitals for pre-clinical research including GlaxoSmithKline, Mass General, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.

With full responsibility for this not for profit’s operations and financials, I instituted an organizational strategy, systems, processes, and metrics that positioned UESF for exponential growth and sustainable impact. I eliminated the silos between different divisions and rallied each division around a common mission of alleviating poverty throughout Philadelphia.

I partnered with UESF’s Executive Director to optimize and elevate all aspects of finance and accounting, including the budget and audit processes. As a member of the management team, I advised the board on financial management matters.

As the Vice Chair of Finance for Middle Atlantic Swimming’s Board of Directors, I directed all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax filing, banking, and investor relations. I funded reserves and endowment funds by launching an investment program for $1M+ in working capital, ensuring more than 12,000 athletes have opportunities for competitive swimming.

Taught an required entrepreneur class to Freshman (BUS100). Taught all aspects of the entrepreneur process, from product selection, business and marketing planning, financial arrangements. The semester culminated with a "pitch day" to La Salle alum

Recruited to prevent the club from entering bankruptcy proceedings, I established strong financial controls and rigorous financial discipline to lead a turnaround to financial solvency. I restructured the board with diverse talent from a variety of different industries.

I managed all financial operations for this sports research and marketing startup, while creating and executing the company’s business and marketing plan.
