Within Executive Search, I recruit executive level positions for B2B service and manufacturing companies, mostly family or investor owned ones where the CEO is usually the Founder. Within Job Transition Consulting, I help executives from multiple functional positions and industries who are either in transition or planning one. One-on-one customized coaching and monthly small group meetings. Our 2 services are differentiated in several ways: In executive search, this includes a process to sync the interview team members before the search starts as well as a money-back guarantee based on the success of the placement. In job transition, we've developed a 3 step process of Optimizing Your Mind, Clarifying Your Direction, and Invigorating Your Presentation that accelerates the job search.Within the community, I lead the Harvard Business School Club of Atlanta's Job Transition Services which is open to the public, and was a past President and then Chairman of the Board of the club. I was also the recent Chairman of the Atlanta Business School Alliance for 5 years and am still an active Board member. This group comprises 21 business school clubs in Atlanta, both local (Emory, UGA, Georgia Tech) as well as ones not based here (Stanford, Wharton, HBS, Chicago, Duke, London, etc.). More recently, I created and co-lead a mentorship program between 8 local MBA clubs with students from Morris Brown College, an HBCU in Atlanta.Additionally, helping teenagers develop leadership skills is another area of my community outreach. I have worked with the following organizations: Boy Scouts, Mt. Vernon Presbyterian School's Business Club, Outward Bound, and the Autism Society of America.
