Product currently accounts for 8% of the company’s total revenue.• Built an international distributor network from the ground up. The company now has over 25 distributors worldwide. Their activity accounts for 40% of total company revenue.• Developed a robust Inventory Management System that reduced total inventory investment, lowered backorders and decreased inventory obsolescence. Company currently has a same-day order fulfillment rate of over 97% and an average inventory turn of 115 days.• Identified, negotiated, and integrated the purchase of the ExactEtchTM Microsurgical Knife brand’s intellectual property and physical inventory from Cytosol Ophthalmics. The purchase expanded the product line, provided access to new suppliers and created new distribution channels that drove revenue growth.• Established an industry-first quality control testing system that quantified the sharpness of surgical scalpels. The system enabled Diamatrix to objectively compare their product to competitors and also establish supplier standards.
