Managed projects in an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that included team members from the Hospital, Physician Group (IPA) and Insurance Carrier. Projects scope included process changes in all three organizations. Was responsible for all aspects of the Project Management lifecycle. Project included:• Discharge Planning process improvement: identified and implemented best practices in the discharge planning process. • Case Management expansion: developed a common high risk patient identification process and report that was used to increase the number of patients in case management and to improve the accuracy of the identification of high risk patients.• Readmission Review process: developed a process to identify, review, and correct root causes leading to readmissions.

Directed cross-functional teams on a $3.5 million customer-enhancement project, delivering the deployment on time and under budget. Project was a top-twelve strategic priority to the company with the goal of improving the member loyalty metric “likelihood to stay” and increasing member retention. • Overhauled Explanation of Benefits Form to increase customer understanding and satisfaction. • Generated business case, developed the budget, solicited bids from vendors, and negotiated vendor fees. • Supervised IT, Operations and Output Services Project Managers, with oversight for 50 staff members and outside technical vendors. • Selected staff for the project and made personnel changes through the project life cycle.

Supervised business analysts and worked closely with offshore development team. Directed user interface design and development. Coordinated all reporting and invoicing to the client. • Managed three Sales Force Automation technology implementations. Lead the entire System Development Lifecycle from requirements to post production support.
