During my 22 years at Plus One, I was promoted through 10 different positions including nine leadership roles while the company grew in annual revenue from $2.5M to $55M and from 30 employees to 1800 employees before being sold to Optum, a division of United Healthcare.I sold or led the sales process for over $130M in contract sales to the most prestigious companies and contracts in the industry. As a result, Plus One was named as one of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the USA by Inc. 500 Magazine for six consecutive yearsDuring this time, I also led the business development of our proprietary technology platform which was considered a disruptive and leading innovation in the industry. Developed the business requirements and sales strategy for Plus One's Global Access Platform, a first ever fully integrated web based software tool for enrollment, management, and member engagement.
