As Humanitarian Assistance Manager, tasks included the following: - Project Management and Proposal Writing both for un-tendered and tendered contracts (USAID, EU Funds, UN, DFID, Private donors). - Coordination of the EU-Funded project "Support to the Rule of Law and Justice in Iraq", including stakeholder engagement with both local (Iraqi Institutions, Academia) and international (DEVCO and EU Delegation to Iraq) stakeholders. - Design and set up of Tsamota Ltd "Organizational Capacity Building Plan"(Deliverables: Strategy Plan, Outreach and Fundraising Plan, Networking strategy, OBS, Staff Training).

The Commissariat for Refugees of the Republic of Serbia is the governmental organization in charge of the national migration system management as well as of the protection of the Rights of refugees, asylum seekers, IDPs and migrants.IOM, funded by European Union, implemented a capacity building project aimed to improve the capabilities of the Commissariat, widening its responsibilities and its operative framework.- Managed and monitored several project activities as planned by the CBMM Institutional Capacity Building project logframe- Organized Events and Public Conferences to implement the Public Outreach Strategy- Draft official documents in cooperation with the International Organizations involved in the Project (EU Delegation, Embassies, IOM, UNHCR)- Draft preparatory studies and analysis aimed to identify and protect the vulnerable groups among the migrants in the Country.
