General Affairs Manager
Responsible for the day- to- day operations and the overall administration of the company. Responsible for leading and managing administrative and operational staff and supervising up to 10 direct subordinate employees. Directing the company together with the Production Manager and together responsible for the overall performance of the company. Managing operations; planning, organising, coordinating and controlling customer service, order administration, logistics, warehousing, inventory and production. Analysing and streamlining operations. Developing, implementing and reviewing processes, workflows and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency in alignment with organisational strategies. Planning, organising, coordinating and controlling administrative activities such as data entry & processing, invoicing, personnel administration, accounting and finance. Developing, implementing and reviewing administrative processes, procedures and information systems to improve administration. Implementing and maintaining ERP software system Microsoft Dynamics NAV to manage information and resources and streamline operations. Analysing and solving complex resource management issues in the organisation. Selecting, hiring, firing, evaluating and promoting employees. Determining working conditions. Drawing up employment contracts. Providing leadership, training and support to employees and monitor their performance. Increasing sales and turnover. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Negotiating sales contracts. Designing pricing strategies. Identifying customer needs. Analysing competition and markets and defining strategies to create competitive advantage through innovation, new products and markets. Consulting and liaising with the Production Manager about methods of production, equipment and human resources. Ensuring and demonstrating compliance with environmental, product and process regulations and certification.
