- Train and supervise new clerks and help them with new record-keeping programs, and financial audit issues;- Analyze trends, strengths, and weaknesses within the directive council and provide vital information for decision-making;- Keep accurate and up-to-date statistical and financial records of all receipts and expenses, and submit quarterly reports properly;- Make all clerks in the region unit aware of sources of information that will help them solve problems.
