Phoenix Sky Consulting (PSC) has been established to operate as a rainmaker for small to medium sized companies looking to raise assets, or seeking finance from the investment management arena. Current projects include; raising finance under the Enterprise Investment Scheme for a brand new TV show for 3 - 6 year olds , Bradley and Bee which is being produced by the award winning Red Kite Animation company www.redkite-animation.com; raising finance for Eco Floating Lodges a pioneer of environmentally friendly floating , affordable housing in the UK.PSC is also in discussions to raise assets by acting as a distributor for several specialist investment management companies.

Tom established Apollo Multi Asset Management in September 2008 as a specialist provider of multi asset solutions for primarily the UK retail market and latterly the global IFA market place.Apollo quickly launched two funds in November 2008, Apollo Cautious and Apollo Balanced with Tom assuming responsibility as lead manager of Apollo Balanced. Apollo under Tom's guidance and the senior partnership he put together, built assets under management and gained a high quality reputation for delivering for service and performance, specifically defined returns within target volatility bands. Under his tenure Apollo Balanced achieved its stated objective of cash plus 5% per annum with volatility in the 7 - 9% band.In 2011 Apollo, in tandem with The Synergy Partnership, launched an offshore version of the Balanced fund and in unique fashion took a group of global IFAs from Asia, Africa and the Middle East to a launch event in North Korea.In 2012 and 2013 Tom was awarded the Financial Express Alpha Manager Award for exceptional long term performance.Tom resigned from Apollo in 2013 , happy that the firm was in good hands to explore other business interests

As a Director at Miton Investments Tom helped grow assets on two funds from £4m to £50m and from £3m to £120m, both funds being ranked 1st and 12th respectively within the balanced managed sector, an achievement that led to him winning Investment Week’s Asset Allocator of the Year 2006 award.
