Western Canada

Created, led and managed the productivity agenda and yearly AOP execution for In-market Operations for 4 distribution centres, 262 remote facilities and the Route Sales Fleet. Collaborated and set the Sales Operation Business and People agendas for Western Canada. Worked with Operations Managers to improve processes, deliver on productivity targets and lead the Western Canada CI and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Led a team of +20 people in a 30,000 sq. ft. distribution centre. Developed and executed against OHS opportunities and cost-over-runs while increasing service to Sales.Led two significant change initiatives – expansion of the DC by 10,000 sq. ft. and the implementation of the IPM system, which modernized the DC.Collaborated with US to develop a DC capacity template and subsequently led the 3-year Canadian strategic capacity plan for all DC’s across Canada.

Western Canada

Responsible to build and deliver on strategic imperatives for 14 Key Accounts in my portfolio.Negotiated with strategically important customer to increase share of space from 33% to 66% and grew that business +211% over 3 years.
