Leading a creative and dynamic Marketing and Business Development team in Ireland's largest Community Credit Union. Creating innovative and engaging marketing campaigns which allow us to pursue a wide range of business opportunities for St. Canice's Credit UnionMy aim in any organisation is to look at what's possible and try to realise that potential. Building relationships with members of our Credit Union, promoting our loan products to people, businesses and anyone that will listen! Helping to get an average of €5miilion+ out the door every month in new lending while attracting new accounts to our 70,000 strong membership base are challenges that I embrace and definitely help to keep the creative juices flowing.Our Agri Lending products are a key focus for me and interaction with farm groups, agri business and farms of all shapes and sizes forms a big part of my workload.By far the most enjoyable part of the job is working with voluntary organisations, supporting them with our Community Funding and looking at ways that we can benefit one another in the pursuit of a stronger community.
