ASK ME ABOUT ATTENDING U MONTANA. I am on the UMAA BoD for a 3 year term with potential for 3 more years. It's a challenging and resurgent time at UM. I'm very excited, energized, and humbled to be be selected to be part of a hard working group of great people.

Retired from training and coaching Scrum and agile-based development throughout the United States.

Trained and certified scuba divers in basic and advanced skills.

Retired June 1, 2013 after 21 years. Since 2001, I served, led, helped, coached, and mentored people building and implementing software and other technical products. In 2004, I introduced, applied and promoted the use of Scrum at State Farm. As a Certified Scrum Trainer at State Farm from May 2008 to August 2011, I trained over 800 people in the use of Scrum through the Certified ScrumMaster course and trained hundreds more outside of State Farm. For nearly 9 years, I applied Scrum on many IT projects and other types of work at State Farm and helped other use it through coaching and mentoring.

Served on the Board of Directors of the Scrum Alliance, including a one year term as Chair from September 2009 until October 2010.
