At C&G Midwest Insurers I developed a life and financial services department within the property/casualty agency. While doing so, I continued to maintain relationships with The Phoenix Companies. My responsibilities included department development, marketing, forecasting, development of additional carriers, sales, and services.

My initial concentration was on the development of personal clients. Over the course of my time at The Phoenix Companies I received several promotions ultimately resulting in my role as the assistant agency manager. My responsibilities included recruiting, training, and developing new producers.While employed with The Phoenix Companies I attending the following: Advanced Marketing School, Pension & Profit Sharing School, and Counselor Selling School.
