I'm analytical, result driven, out-of-the-box thinker, also (especially) in complex situations, strong in getting projects back on track and keeping them there. I am quality minded, focused on good architecture and thorough testing. I achieve to get business value as soon as possible, but keeping in mind mid-term targets and total cost of ownership.Starting in Industrial Automation environments like robotics, aerospace, space industry, shipbuilding, I transferred to Administrative environments like Insurance, Banking, Pensions. Now very active in Augmented Reality realizing amazing applications.I graduated on Informatics (Artificial Intelligence) at TU Delft and Imperial College of Science and Technology in London. After being a developer and an architect I shifted to project management. I’m a PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified SCRUM Master, SAFe agilist and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In my spare time I love nature, hiking, guitar playing, Internet of Things, eating pizza and going to the cinema.

My approach here is to rather first try to eliminate servers before upgrading them. By modernizing the topology of the infrastructure we actually achieved to shut more servers down (81), than we have to upgrade. As a side effect this results in a large reduction of hosting costs for my customer.
