After being a developer and an architect I shifted to project management. I’m a PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified SCRUM Master, SAFe agilist and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In my spare time I love nature, hiking, guitar playing, Internet of Things, eating pizza and going to the cinema.

My approach here is to rather first try to eliminate servers before upgrading them. By modernizing the topology of the infrastructure we actually achieved to shut more servers down (81), than we have to upgrade. As a side effect this results in a large reduction of hosting costs for my customer.

One of the IT streams is the adaptation of the QIS Insurance system, another the development of an App for iPhone and Android, yet another an API layer to access Univé's services from the internet. The approach I used is the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.

Key success factors are to assemble a multidisciplinary team of all parties involved, start with sharing the actual business requirements on the one hand and the technical possibilities on the other, get all facts on the table instead of halve truths, communicate with all stakeholders, prove the solution in practice and then improve during the sprints.
