I have an interest in knowing what makes people tick; where they’ve come from; what inspires them; and what matters to them. These skills are especially helpful when developing relationships with clients who are looking to improve and transform their lives. There are three core parts to a human being – body, mind and spirit. Each element must be nurtured and developed in order to achieve a fulfilling, joyful life. When one or more is overlooked or ignored, one's overall health, life balance, sense of peace and satisfaction will remain out-of-reach.
