For over 18 years, Tommi Vippola Oy, a family-owned agricultural business in Finland, benefited from my leadership and expertise as a farmer and a CEO. I oversaw the operations, finances, and strategy of the company, and ensured the production, quality, and sustainability of the crops and livestock. I implemented organic farming, regenerative farming and carbon emission minimization practices, to reduce the environmental impact of the farming activities.In 2023, I transitioned from farming to real estate investment, renting out the farm operations and focusing on new opportunities. I have a master's degree in agricultural economics, and I have used my analytical skills and business development knowledge to optimize the performance and profitability of both the farming and the and other business sectors. I am innovative, forward looking and I love problem solving. I am brave to make decisions. I have have also provided consulting services to other farmers and organizations. I am passionate about sustainability and environmental issues, and I am looking for collaborations with other businesses and organizations that share my vision and values.
