I am specialized in project management: Communications, documentation, data gathering, measurements, analysis, reports and presentations with conclusions. Excel, Qlikview, Powerpoint & AI tools. From 4/2021 to 5/2022 I was a member in the Enabling Learning support process group. At first my role was a business/data analyst, where I transformed raw data to a more understandable form in order to support decision making. Eventually I got to work as the KPI Owner of the group.

My day-to-day work includes a wide range of activities. I help our customers mostly through our chat service, but occasionally I’ll answer the phone or emails. I have experience with payment plans, credit surveillance, billing and sales-centric customer service. I’ve consistenly had excellent sales figures and I always jump at opportunities to better myself or take part in extracurricular activies and projects.

I was in charge of our business students’ association’s corporate relations. This was very similar to a B2B-sales position, all the way from cold calling to preparing and presenting sales presentations and preparing contracts. We have two directors and a team working under us. In addition to this, we also plan and carry out casework and excursions with our corporate partners.
