About Tommie Baker

I'm well-honed, with an excess of 30 years in public relations, intercultural relations, and office management. I also possess extensive experience in media relations, community engagement/stakeholder relations, internal communication, strategic communication planning, writing/editing (journalism), media training, crisis communication, reputation management, and desktop publishing. Additionally, I have worked as a member of a large public relations team (as supervisor or primary contributor) and operated independently where I was responsible for all aspects of communication. I enjoy new challenges and embrace the opportunity to continue to grow professionally while helping an organization achieve its goals.I continue to assist veteran service members by serving as a commissioner on the mayor's Military and Veterans Affairs Commission.
