Responsibilities include setting and operating audio and video equipment which includes; microphones, audio speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, photo/video cameras, connecting wires/cables, mixing boards, and video conferencing equipment for meetings. Set up and operate spotlights and custom lighting systems when needed. Consults with clients to determine media production and equipment needs. Trouble shoots and repairs equipment, orders replacement equipment and/or arranges external services with approved vendors. Provides support to less experienced team members.

• Pay to and receive currency and coin from depository institutions, while achieving challenging individual team production standards and complying with operational procedures and controls. Promoted two levels during tenure.• Utilize experience and job knowledge as unit leader for currency processing, ensuring accounting records agree with physical holdings and resolving any out-of-balance conditions within critical timeframes.• Assist management with prioritizing training needs and making audit compliance enhancements to achieve desired quality levels. Serves as a liaison between management and staff concerning the communication of pertinent operational updates and procedural changes.• Balance deposits and process financial accounting transactions to depository institutions using accounting operating systems; responsible for ensuring the accuracy of automated accounting and transfer records.• Demonstrates proficiency and understanding of the various operational, and control manuals and procedures. In this capacity, I successfully proposed a solution, to create a report for a process when no exceptions occurred.• Assigned to a special team tasked with investigating bank deposits with significant shortages. The team successfully developed and executed a plan, which identified the specific financial institution.
