I have had long road to my current leadership and commercial role, and I am especially proud that in the past I have been working in many technical roles and in many technical management roles. The background gives me much stronger position & understanding to build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, propose the best solutions and run succesfull commercial programs.In the other hand 10 years in Spain (and in several international roles) has given me very valuable ability to think a bit differently, understand much more cultural differences and above all make even stronger my "Customers first" -attitude. I truly believe that without deep understanding about customers’ (even constantly changing) needs, you cannot run successful business.Leadership role and team management have been part of my responsibilities already during 15+ years. Lead a team and show a direction for a company is never easy task, but I do like about challenges and if challenges are related to aggressive growth even much better! Excellent track record building winning teams!In my free time, I enjoy about golf, cross-country skiing, walking in nature and practice about my “carpenter talents”.
